Hobokenites: Single and Ready to Mingle? Attend the Bachelor/Bachelorette Auction April 18th, 2012 for Relay For Life

Hoboken Girl reader, Amanda, is hosting the 7th Annual Bachelor/Bachelorette Auction on Wednesday, April 18th at Texas Arizona (73 River Street)!

Doors open at 7pm and the auction starts at 8pm. From what I’ve heard,  this event usually sells out and is ALWAYS a great time.

The organization is selling tickets early, though its website (www.relayforlife.org/hobokennj), for just $5 until April 17th.  After that, you can purchase tickets for $10 at the door.  Go to the site and donate $5 (or more if you’re feeling extra generous!) to the team “7th Annual Bachelorette/Bachelorette Auction.”

To access the Team Page click here.

If you would like to purchase more than one ticket, enter the amount of tickets you would like to purchase after your last name (ex. John Smith 3), and remember to adjust your donation amount.  Otherwise, Relay for Life will assume that any donation over $5 is an additional donation to the American Cancer Society.

Don’t forget to check out additional information on Hoboken’s Relay for Life Facebook page (www.facebook.com/hobokenrelay) and forward the event on to all your friends…especially ones that are single and ready to mingle.

If you would like to be auctioned off, email rflhoboken@gmail.com for a questionnaire.

Fun fact:  This event had a couple get married after meeting at the auction!! So bring your wallets and get ready to bid on your potential future husband or wife. Or just have a good time supporting a good cause at the always fun Texas Arizona!

Here are some pics from past Bachelor/Bachelorette Auctions:

Hope to see you all there for an exciting night!
