Last week I wrote an article for TheBoken.com about healthy eating – and my quest to be a “Weekday Vegetarian.” I’ve continued these habits into this week (baby steps, baby steps), and so I ordered some deliciousness from the Pita Grill (a favorite spot of mine- always something healthy and delicious to find there!):
I ordered the Grilled Vegetables and Goat Cheese Panini. Even though I got it delivered, it arrived fresh with veggies and goat cheese that were still piping hot. Very impressive! I loved how the bread had seeds on it (and that it wasn’t just your usual white bread). The eggplant and roasted peppers were delicious as well. Mmm mm mm!
I also ordered a side of stuffed grape leaves (one of my favorite healthy snacks). Usually I leave a half of a sandwich or wrap for a second meal, but this one was so delicious, I ate the whole thing right there!
