Adoptable Hoboken Pets of the Week: Adona and Shayne

As I mentioned last week, I am showcasing some adorable Hoboken adoptables from the Liberty Humane Society.
This week, the adoptable cat of the week is Adona:

A staff member says:

Adona is one of our volunteer photographer’s favorites because she is so photogenic and ready to jump into any holiday-themed display! She’s the quintessential cat, independent and quite capable of entertaining herself. A true couch potato, Adona would much rather sit or lay near you than be picked up and cuddled. She prefers humans all grown-up and would like to be the only cat.

The adoptable dog of the week is: Shayne

A staff member says:

Shayne is a friendly, handsome lad! He loves everyone, even the most unusual of strangers. When he’s in the shelter, he sits patiently in his cage and like the gentleman waits to be taken outside to do his business. He likes to make eye contact with anyone who passes by and absolutely loves it when people stop to rub his neck and belly.Of course, he is most excited when he has the opportunity to get out of his cage to meet people and play outside He is extremely playful so would benefit from an active owner. He also loves to play with other dogs as well, so would make a great companion for a willing existing pet.
