The countdown to Lepre-con is on. 2 DAYS!!
I gave you some fun hors d’oeuvres via pinterest recently, and I thought it perfect timing to enlighten you with a few green girly drinks to get you ready for the festivities this weekend. Hopefully a few of these will put you in a great mood for Saturday, rain or shine!
GREEN-TINI
Ingredients
- 2 oz Tequila
- ½ oz Rose’s lime juice
- Ginger ale
- 1 lemon wedge
Instructions
Pour Tequila and lime juice into a mixing glass half filled with ice. Stir well and strain into a chilled martini glass. Top with ginger ale and garnish with a lemon wedge. Get yo’ drink on.
SHAMROCKER
Ingredients
- 1 part silver tequila
- 1 part melon liqueur
- 1/2 part triple sec or other orange liqueur
- Splash of orange juice
- Ice
Instructions
Combine ingredients in cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with an orange slice.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz of Charbay Green Tea vodka
- 1 oz of simple syrup
- sprite
- 3 lemon wedges
- 8 mint leaves
Instructions
Muddle 3 lemon wedges with mint leaves. Pour green tea vodka, simple syrup and shake. Strain into highball glass over ice. Top with sprite. Garnish with mint leaves.

- 1 quart lime sherbet, softened
- 1/2 cup thawed limeade concentrate
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 cans (12 ounces each) lemon-lime soda, chilled
- 1 to 2 cups crushed iced
- Lemon slices and lime spirals, optional
- 1 cup vodka
Instructions
In a large bowl, beat the sherbet, limeade and sugar until blended. Stir in vodka, soda, and ice. Pour into chilled glasses. Garnish with lemon slices and lime spirals if desired. Yield: 7 cups.
GREEN FLASH COCKTAIL
- 1 oz vodka
- 1/2 oz Peach Schnapps
- 1/2 oz Blue Curacao
- 3 oz orange juice
- 3 0z sprite
- ice
Instructions
Combine ingredients in cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into glasses. Garnish with an orange slice and cherry.
