Perusing Pinterest: Hoboken Lepre-con Treats!

If you’ve ever been to Hoboken during formerly known as Hoboken St. Patty’s Day Leprecon, you know that those throwing house parties usually have some green dranks and festive eats. So how better to play hostess than to indulge in your sweet tooh and make some of these fun green treats …while sipping spiked lime sherbert?

Here are some fun Lepre-con food and drink ideas:

1. Leprechaun Cookie Bark
from Your Home Based Mom

2. Mint-Green Choc Chip Cookies
from Betty Crocker. Need a say more?

3. Rainbow Pancakes

from i am baker (this might be tough to attempt whilst downing green-tinted coronas, but it’s worth a shot if you’re up for it).

4. Lucky Charms Breakfast…it says it’s for kids, but unless you’re a super fun po po type of adult, it’s clearly for grown-ups too.

5. Green Candied Popcorn

from Skip to My Lou

6. Green Fruit Salad

from Real Mom Kitchen (for the health-conscious and extra green effect only).

7. Green Velvet Cupcakes

…from Love from the Oven – a little alteration on the original red goes a long way.

8. Shamrock Whoopie Pie

from Home is Where the Holmans Are – YUM.

Stay tuned for some green drink ideas (and not the healthy kind this time) next!
